As a food reviewer of Restaurant World, I had the pleasure of dining at The Love and experiencing their delicious menu offerings. From small plates like Crispy Brussels Sprouts and Stuffed Mushrooms to appetizers like Tex Mex Eggrolls and Fried Macaroni and Cheese, every dish was bursting with flavor and creativity.

I personally enjoyed the Asian salmon dish and the fried potatoes, both of which were cooked to perfection. The restaurant's hip interior and bustling atmosphere make it a great spot for a night out with friends or a romantic date. Overall, The Love is a must-visit for anyone looking for great American fare with continental influences.

Drinks hit and the food was tasty. The cornbread could have been more flavorful. The waitress was really attentive. They brought out a complimentary birthday cake. The music was sad but the environment was comfortable. Clean bathrooms.

This place is busy so I highly recommend a reservation. We had a reservation and still waited but honestly it was worth it. My friend and I had the pork chop and it was easily one of the best I've had and she said the same. My husband had the ravioli and they were also great. The creaminess of the sauce and the overall taste combo was perfect. For sides you should get the potatoes frites. The potatoes are good but the sauce is the best. We legit asked the serve for the recipe.

Took our friends here for brunch when they visited Philly and they absolutely loved it! The Love's fall menu is full of seasonal flavors like apples, pumpkin, cranberries, squash, and more. We each ordered two dishes and they were all amazing but the group favorites were the Caramel Apple Scones and the Burrata Toast. The scones were freshly baked so they were super soft and moist and the house made caramel and whipped cream were to die for. The burrata toast was also toasted perfectly and the arugula pear salad complimented it so well. Just wish it came with two pieces! The Love created great memories for us and we cannot wait to come back. The service was also top notch, our server made sure we had everything we needed and the restaurant manager also came out and greeted everyone. Last but not least, the environment was cute and cozy, packed but did not feel crowded.

We recently met in Philadelphia ( two couples) for brunch. We were pleasantly surprised to find The Love. So so charming! Elegant & Quiet yet with a vibe. We had great service, food came out warm & delicious. Will certainly recommend to friends & family.

First let me get a few things off my chest. Two bathrooms with a 5 to 15 minute wait to access them. Secondly, very loud noise that made hearing our conversation difficult. None the less, the meal was too good to drop from 5 stars. Our waitress gave great service. They watched my water glass. Our appetizer was the raw tuna with shaved radish and some wafer element encrusted with sesame seed. Very tasty though the tuna quantity was limited. I chose the fried chicken which I rarely order, but this was worth the extra fats from frying. There was a side of greens that were flavored with some vinegar sauce, and a side that might have been polenta. Our other entree was Bronzino. Fresh fish properly cooked with a side of grains. Desert was the bread pudding with vanilla ice cream. We enjoyed everything about the meal, and highly recommend it.

From the vibe, experience to the food, everything was perfect. Recommend making reservations during peak times. The team was very friendly and attentive. The food was amazing. I like the small lunch menu, there is plenty to pick from for what your mood is but not overwhelming.

Great American fare with some continental influences. I had the Asian salmon which was excellent. Others enjoyed their seafood pasta dish and rigatoni with short rib. The fried potatoes were crispy and fluffy, served with a tartar sauce. Service was friendly and prompt. The inside of the restaurant feels hip and it was busy on a Thursday night. We ate outside on the sidewalk which was pleasant.

Before and after... pork chop and branzino. Delicious food and fantastic service! Highly recommend!

Words cannot explain how much I'd loved the food here and the ambiance and the service. Just everything! Came here to celebrate a friend's birthday and some well-deserved promotions at work and we couldn't have chosen a better place on a lovely Saturday brunch-filled morning. . We arrived and we're escorted to the second floor which opened up to a cozy but at the same time tall ceiling Place filled with art and random exotic plants and happy customers eating delicious food. We ordered a few appetizers which were pretty delicious, but the star of the show for me was their spend on a Nashville hot open face chicken sandwich. It was by far the most delicious chicken sandwich I'd eaten in years. The combination of a thick breaded and buttery crust holding very moist chicken was just incredible. I honestly can't even remember what my side dish was or would it taste like even with pictures because that's how focused I was on the chicken sandwich lol My drink was pretty good but I really enjoyed my wife's drink the most because it had hints of elderflower and some really bitter liquor. That was a great balance. I had their take on carrot cake for dessert which was okay.. It wasn't terrible at all, but I wish the portions were a little bigger. Overall, I cannot wait to spend another Saturday or Sunday brunch at the Love.
